Sandwich pot

Equipment introduction:


Sandwich pot is also known as steam pot, cooking pot, and sandwich steam pot. It is usually composed of a pot body and a support leg. The pot body is a double-layer structure composed of an inner and outer spherical pot body, and steam is introduced into the middle layer for heating. There are fixed, tilting, stirring and other styles. 1. According to the structural form, it is divided into: tilting sandwich pot, vertical (fixed) sandwich pot structure


2. According to the heating method, it is divided into: electric heating sandwich pot, steam heating sandwich pot, gas heating sandwich pot, electromagnetic heating sandwich pot.


3. According to the process requirements, each uses stirring or non-stirring equipment.


4. According to the sealing method, the sandwich pot can be divided into: uncovered type, flat cover type, and vacuum type;
