Frying Line

Equipment features:


The frying line consists of a mesh belt conveyor system, a mesh belt support lifting system, an oil temperature control system, a circulating filtration system, and other parts.


1. The mesh belt conveyor system uses a variable frequency speed regulating motor to drive the mesh belt, and the mesh belt speed can be adjusted arbitrarily to control the frying time.


2. The machine uses upper and lower double-layer mesh belts for transmission. The food is sandwiched between the double-layer mesh belts, which can be fried without floating. The distance between the upper and lower mesh belts can be adjusted to adapt to different products. The frying space can be adjusted arbitrarily from 20mm to 66mm.


3. The mesh belt lifting system uses electric drive, the mesh belt is easier to rise, and can be automatically positioned, making it easier to clean the oil tank and mesh belt.


4. Circulating filtration system: The equipment is equipped with a circulating filtration system for frying. The high-temperature circulating pump draws the oil inside the fryer from the discharge end to the feed end. The oil inside the fryer is mainly circulated through the circulating oil pump to keep the edible oil temperature in the tank consistent. The oil spray box is set at the oil outlet of the circulating oil pump to disperse the product when it enters the oil and prevent it from sticking. A residue collection tank is set outside the tank to filter out the floating residue inside the fryer.


Scope of application:


Suitable for fried spicy pork shreds, fried chicken shops, fast food restaurants, canteens, chain stores, supermarkets, medium and small fried food processing companies, widely used in frying meat, aquatic products, vegetables, pasta and other foods. It uses electricity as the heating energy and is simple to operate. The fried food is not only good in color, fragrance and taste, but also clean and beautiful in appearance without black residue, and improves product quality.
