Corn kernel processing line


Corn kernel processing line refers to specialized production equipment that processes corn cobs with husks (or partially processed husks) through a series of continuous automated processing steps to produce clean, complete, quick-frozen corn kernels, canned corn kernels or fresh corn kernels that can be eaten directly or used as food ingredients.


Main objectives:


Remove corn cobs and impurities: Efficiently separate corn kernels from corn cobs.


Ensure quality: Obtain high-quality corn kernels with complete shape, uniform size and golden color.


Ensure safety and hygiene: Meet food safety standards through cleaning, impurity removal and (optional) sterilization.

Line features:


Modular design: Equipment in each section is arranged in processing order and connected by conveyor belts (elevators, scrapers, mesh belts, etc.) to form continuous operations.


High degree of automation: Significantly reduce manual intervention from feeding to packaging, and improve efficiency.

Key control points: Blanching temperature and time (if any), threshing efficiency/grain shape protection, cleaning effect, color sorting/sorting accuracy.

Material hygiene: Parts in contact with food are mostly food-grade stainless steel (304/316L).

Customizable: Production capacity, product type (grains, grains, ear segments), degree of automation, etc. can be adjusted according to customer needs.
