Working principle
High temperature and high pressure sterilization:
The steam temperature usually reaches 121 ℃ and the pressure is maintained at 0.3-0.4MPa, which inactivates bacteria, fungi and other microorganisms through a high-temperature and high-pressure environment.
Steam dynamic circulation, avoiding dead corners in sterilization, ensuring uniform temperature distribution (temperature control accuracy can reach ± 0.5 ℃).
Operation process:
Loading products → Setting temperature/pressure → Steam injection sterilization → Cooling and pressure reduction → Removing finished products.
The fully automatic model can control the entire process through PLC programming, while the semi-automatic or manual model requires manual intervention in the cooling process
Application scope
Food industry:
Canned meat, soy products (tofu skin, oil skin), dairy products (milk, soy milk), fruit and vegetable juice drinks, pet food, etc.
Packaging compatibility: tin cans, glass bottles, aluminum foil bags, high temperature resistant plastic containers.
Other fields: drug sterilization, laboratory equipment disinfection.
