Equipment features:


The materials used are reliable and pollution-free. The conveying is smooth and the speed is adjustable. The material moves with the conveyor belt to avoid damage to the conveyed material. The equipment is equipped with a floating pressure mesh belt to prevent the product from floating up and being retained in the water due to buoyancy. This machine uses hot water as the medium and is divided into two parts: a sterilization tank and a cooling tank. The whole is made of stainless steel, and the temperature and time can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the requirements of the packaging. The machine has a compact structure, easy operation, and a low failure rate. The heating method uses boiler steam or boiler hot water, which is particularly suitable for continuous sterilization operations. The equipment adopts a manual temperature control system, the water quality heats up quickly, the heating is uniform, the temperature difference is small and the temperature is adjustable, which is suitable for continuous pasteurization of different products. The water bath sterilization function can effectively mix the materials evenly in the medium water, providing a sterilization effect on the items. The adjustable speed conveying system can effectively control the sterilization time of the product and complete the sterilization process of the product in a qualified manner.


Working principle:


Within a certain temperature range, the lower the temperature, the slower the bacterial reproduction; the higher the temperature, the faster the reproduction (the suitable temperature for the growth of general microorganisms is 28℃-37℃). But if the temperature is too high, the bacteria will die. Different bacteria have different suitable growth temperatures and heat and cold resistance. Pasteurization actually takes advantage of the fact that pathogens are not very heat-resistant, and treats them with appropriate temperature and insulation time to kill them all. However, after pasteurization, a small number of harmless or beneficial, more heat-resistant bacteria or bacterial spores are still retained.

Now, in addition to being used in the beer industry, pasteurization is also used in the aseptic production of fresh milk, pasteurized milk, yogurt, fancy milk, fruit juice, tea beverages, wine, ice cream, soy milk, milk beverages, longevity milk, jam, sauce products and other products.
